Download packages from click-now.net for the older versions, use the | hack in the download, the installers should work fine.

User comment 

I have InDesign 2.0 installed, and would like it to be installed through Wine-doors.

It works just peachy on Wine, at least the last two versions, 0.9.43 and .44

a meta package could also be added for CS2, in fact root through adobe's bundle list and we can create ourselves bundles with dw and flash too.
